Born and raised in Southern California, Monique moved to the DMV area 16 years ago and fell in love! She brings over 15 years of sales and leadership experience to her role as Assistant Director of Sales. In her downtime, Monique loves gardening, visiting museums, and reading the latest murder mystery novel.

As the Senior Sales Manager, Tanay has over 8 years of hospitality experience beginning in Operations. With over 6 years of leadership experience, Tanay has a keen focus to detail and loves uncovering client needs to ensure the utmost satisfaction. When she is not working, you can find Tanay at a sporting event, reading, or cooking up a new recipe.

A native of Thailand, Showalee literally grew up in the hospitality industry at her parents’ hotel. She has over 10 years of experience split between the US and Thailand and to say she has worn many hats is an understatement. Showalee has the expertise from rooms, food & beverage, accounting and sales to make your event the best it can be.
